During our weekend craft retreat I finally convinced my Mom to let me list some of her cards in my store. She doesn't know anything about selling online, so I have created a section titled "Made By Mom". I will be listing a few cards now and then. It all depends on what cards Mommy wants to keep. She is very much like me. Absolutely loving what you make and not really wanting to sell it.
Let me and Mommy know what you think of her cards.

Black And Pink
I love black and hot pink together!
This card has a simple 5x5 black base. I couldn't find my Spellbinders so I cut the scallop circle out by hand from pink alligator effect paper. A 3" circle punched from the same shade of pink paper as the background and has a glittered pink card lace design glued on.
This one I'm still not sure about. I started by punching out a circle of pink card and used my black ink and the reverse of the pink lace cardstock (I haven't checked, but I hope the front will be ink free so I can still use it on some card). The pink and black dotted paper (which reminds me of some ribbon I once had), the dots are from my latest embossing folder. I 'colored' the dots in with black pen. Once again, the scalloped circle is cut by hand, with a bit of doodling too.
Today, I have made about three sets of Christmas cards, and still have lots of great creative ideas to get done tomorrow.

Today....
I purchased this collage sheet from piddix. I love all these collage sheets and it is so difficult to just pick a few and not to buy the whole lot!
I had to go to the dentist today, so that took an hour out of my craft time. I made sure to get a couple wonderful Christmas card sets made.
I would love to get everyone in the world sending handmade Christmas cards this year. Do you think that would ever actually happen?
And this is Flipper the Cuttlebug, or Flip for short. Another great new toy.
It cuts out shapes and embosses papers, thin metal, ribbon and a bunch of other stuff. My mom and I are going to a class at our LSS in a couple weeks to learn all the things you can do with this.
Those are photographs that my brother took of my dads house/garden. I love how overgrown the whole place is. (I haven't seen it in maybe five years, and things still look pretty much the same).
With the craft goodies, that arrived today, came this mini clear heart album. I am still trying to decide what photographs to use on it....
Tomorrow you should be able to see those Christmas Card sets, and more listed at PnkGeeni, where we are still celebrating the First Birthday with a B1G1Free offer.

waiting for diamonds
yesterday we found out that my mom has got her 2 year work permit so we can stay in new zealand. YAY. so now we can actually start looking for a house.
i've made five cards this last week. I've been busy with scrapbooking our photos from April. I'm on June now so I should be caught up with this album soon.
I need to stop thinking about my banner for http://LolliShops.com and work on the policies and descriptions. It's going to be open soon!!!!
